Food and Beverage Square is a development by Wiegand Enterprises, with FaB Wisconsin, to create a dedicated campus to the food and beverage industry designed to increase industry visibility and connectivity.
Anchored by The Future Food Center (opening 2018) and the new Ambassador Suites Hotel (opening 2019), it's strategically located on Milwaukee’s Near West Side occupying two square blocks, flanked by Wisconsin and Kilbourn Avenues to the south and north, and 27th and 28th Streets to the east and west. The portion of 28th Street that runs between Wisconsin Avenue and Wells Street will be renamed Food and Beverage Way.

A 23-suite high-end extended stay hotel at the former Wisconsin Avenue School at 2708 W. Wisconsin Avenue in Milwaukee. The three-story, 96,500-square-foot building with a 600-seat auditorium was constructed in 1919. Adjacent to The Future Food Center, Ambassador Suites is connected by a beer garden park with dining created by the Ambassador Hotel’s James Beard Award Winning Chef, Jason Gorman.
